Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Duties and taxes are covered by us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order is dispatched.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — email us your order number and the size you'd like.
Who pays for returns?
For change-of-mind returns you pay return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it.

How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide. Most styles are true to size; if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How should I care for my items?
Follow the care label. In general, wash cold with similar colours and lay flat or hang to dry.
